We will maintain the personal information provided via this site as part of our records to assist us to maintain and improve our services and web site management. Nautiworks and all companies associated with it will not engage in any spamming, i.e. we will not repeatedly send unsolicited e-mails with a mostly commercial background to a large number of people.

We have protected its data networks by installing firewalls and passwords. Nevertheless, we would point out to you that the internet cannot be regarded as a completely secure means of communication. In particular, we will accept no liability whatsoever for the security of data during transfer via the internet.


The data we collect

We collect your IP address when you visit our site. This only identifies your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and does not contain any information about you as an individual. Nautiworks Ltd. would occasionally like to get in touch with you in order to present products and services to you in which you might be interested and to inform you about new developments. Also certain bargain deals with importing a vehicle we would like to send you on a monthly basis. You can order our Newsletter using the form provided on our main page showing 'Newsletter'.
All visitors can subscribe to our newsletter freely. This means you will be sent a confirmation email when your address is submitted to us. You can also unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time by sending an email or by using our contact form, stating that you intend to cancel the newsletter subscription.

Applicable law & legal venue

The conditions of use are governed by Portuguese law.
